All amplifier products are normally serviceable at our facility in Los Angeles.
We recommend your telephoning us to identify:
- Customer name
- Model#
- Serial#
- Description of problem
- Repair cost estimate
- Probable service turnaround timeframe
Repair unit(s) should be carefully packaged to prevent
shipment damage and fully insured. Units with front panel switches and rear
panel connectors require full cushioning to prevent possible ship damage.
Return shipment must be prepaid by customer. Any warranty
repair is return shipped with prepaid ship cost. Non-warrantied repairs are
shipped after billing arrangements with customer. Ship method is normally
ground but three, two and next-day options are available.
